Our Project Has Been Approved!

We are thrilled to announce that our Erasmus+ project, "Queen Bees Are in Career War" (Reference No. 2024-1-LV02-KA153-YOU-000227586), has been officially approved by the Latvian National Agency!

This project focuses on raising awareness of the challenges women face in male-dominated societies. Through a combination of interactive workshops, cultural exchange, and practical activities, the project aims to empower participants to challenge stereotypes, promote gender equality, and inspire social change.

With participants from Latvia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Poland, and Bulgaria, we are excited to create a platform for dialogue and collaboration. Together, we will explore topics such as gender pay gaps, unequal domestic responsibilities, and the barriers preventing women from advancing in leadership roles.
