Through yoga sessions, breathing exercises, and meditation, our representatives learned how to manage stress more effectively. These practices proved to be transformative, offering tools that can be applied both personally and professionally.

Sharing this journey with participants from different countries enriched the experience. The exchange of ideas, stories, and cultural practices fostered mutual understanding and solidarity.
